You're licensed, you can run a job site without hand-holding, and you take pride in work that holds up years later. You'll be working directly with Joe on residential installs, repipes, and remodels across Santa Barbara.

You've got the license, the experience, and the judgment to run complex jobs independently. We want someone who reads drawings, knows how to coordinate with GCs, and can pull and pass permits without drama.
